We are AO TheSettlement, located just two miles south of the Potomac River in Lovettsville, VA which was originally settled by German immigrants in the 1730s. Join our community of Settlers as we cultivate strength, camaraderie, and personal growth. Led by peers, our sessions blend dynamic exercises, functional training, and natural elements to challenge your body and expand your limits. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, our tailored workouts cater to all levels, fostering friendships and a sense of belonging. Discover your potential, and become a thriving member of TheSettlement community. We meet at the Walker Pavillion on the Town Green at 11 Spring Farm Drive at 5:30 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
